It has all the basic amenities for your comfort. You'll find an Oxxo convenience store very close by within the community, and all kinds of services and restaurants outside. The apartment is on the ground floor with one parking space in front (with a security camera). Transportation to/from AIFA is available

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
