Beautiful place just like the photos, super nice hosts, I ended up delaying checkout, because I ran out of cell phone, but they were very understanding, perfect apartment for two people, one block from the sea and less than 1.5 km from the center, perfect stay, I highly recommend it and I will come back again.

Comfortable apartment, conveniently located, near downtown, beach and supermarket. The building is very nice, with lots of security, comfortable parking place, very enjoyable pool and game room.

The apartment is extremely cozy, very well equipped and has a great location. The building is close to the beach and all the facilities of the neighborhood. Communication with Adriana was excellent, even before the date we already had all the necessary information for hosting.

I would like to thank Luciane and Marcelo for the sympathy, attention and kindness, from the first contact, receiving us personally in the apartment, where we found a message and some Easter pampering. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and has great utensils and appliances. I highlight the infrastructure of the building, excellent, such as the heated pool, sauna, gym and game room. The location is great, with supermarkets and other shops near and not far from the well-known center of Capão. We intend to return.

The Maria Cláudia loft is perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms, no need for anyone to sleep in the living room. It has a super yard, with shade the afternoon, as it catches the sun in the morning, having a great solar orientation. The apartment was very well planned and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Exactly as in the listing. Maria Cláudia was an excellent hostess, always serving us when we need it. The condominium we already knew and remains excellent as well. We'll be back for sure.

Maria Claudete is an excellent host, attentive at all hours from ants and even after our stay is over. The apartment is very cute, modern electros, and very comfortable. It is located in the heart of Capão da Canoa, and is exactly as seen in the photos. Cesar, the manager, super friendly, attentive and was always at our disposal. I'm sure we'll be staying there again

Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host. We responded very quickly and was extremely helpful in everything we need. I highly recommend! Indico and we will be back for sure!

The apartment is great, safe, organized and clean, the patio and the possibility of opening the windows of the room make it very spacious and comfortable. We went with our daughters who enjoyed the pools of the condominium, which is very familiar, the oldest made friends to play. We love it!
