The apartment is beautiful, the view is incredible, it is exactly as seen in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and from there you can also see the sea on the side. Malena is very helpful and kind. We would definitely go back!

Jackeline is a very friendly woman, she met me in the evening at the agreed time, showed me everything, told me where the nearest shops and laundries were. The apartment is clean and cozy, bed linen was changed once a week. The windows overlook the courtyard, or rather the windows of neighboring buildings, but it is quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, shops, and a pedestrian street are within walking distance, the beach is naturally also nearby.

Excellent stay! Everything is as described, well equipped and very nice to rest for a few days. Juan was flexible with the check-out schedule and always answered any questions. I would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay. Marta was a genius giving tips on things to visit, restaurants, etc. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, it has everything you need on a trip, in addition to a good location. The truth is that I would stay there again on a future trip to Mar del Plata.

A luxury apartment, super comfortable everything, has everything you need and more to spend a great stay in Mardel. Super close to Guemes and also to the beach. Emilia was always available and well predicted towards us. I hope we'll be back!!

We stayed in the apartment of Rocío for a few days as a family (my wife, our two children and I) and it was a great experience. From the first moment, Rocío was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer our questions. The apartment was spotless, just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet area, ideal for rest. My children felt at home and so did we. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rocío for everything!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was excellent—super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Güemes, which is a great area to walk around and feels very safe. At night, the vibe is lively and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Mariel, the cohost, was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

It was a divine stay. Sofia was very nice and they were always available. The apartment is just as cute as in the pictures. It has a dream view, and I loved the amenities of the building, especially the pool. We will be back!
