If you prefer, partake of a glass of wine while enjoying the surrounding nature and the fabulous views from the large upper-deck. It’s a sensation of being on top of the world! Not connected to main home. - King-sized comfortable and solid foam mattress - Sitting area with couch and coffee table (Couch can sleep an adult or child) - A 55" 4KHD Smart TV with ROKU or simply connect to your online Amazon Prime/ Netflix accounts and mobile devices for watching movies - Office desk and workspace - Private bathroom and shower - Quality linens and towels - Coffee maker and assorted tea for the best start to any day. - Microwave, Two-door refrigerator, Knives & Cutlery Accessories, Dinnerware, Glassware, and Silverware Upper Large Deck. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Has table and chairs. Most of the time we are around the property. We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Hilltop Guesthouse with a Patio in Atascadero

Fix breakfast in a homey kitchen and dine at a relaxed table beside a Klimt print. Adorned with charming furnishings, pops of pastel colors, and wood accents, this home has a cozy, cheerful glow. Sit on the deck patio to take in the view at sunset. I am so happy to help you make your visit a memorable one. The guesthouse is set among oak trees at top of a hill in rural Atascadero. Restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center in town are a short drive away. See the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo, then go for a hike at Stadium Park. We are a bit off the beaten path so you will need to get around by car or Uber or Lyft. We have plenty of parking space available. My 9 year old Golden Retriever, Theo and his pal, my orange cat named Mango, will probably greet you upon arrival. They both love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house in case anyone has allergies. They look forward to meeting you! :)

Comfortable and Peaceful Country Living in Town

Well-appointed studio on a mini-ranch setting. Close to Paso Robles wineries, Cal Poly, SLO, and Morro Bay. Private front and back decks with peaceful views. Enjoy the quiet mornings, and beautiful sunsets. Recently remodeled with a new queen size bed. Air mattress and porta-crib available on request. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. There is a DVD player with a T.V. screen. No Cable. It is located on the second story of our A-Frame shop. There are exterior stairs to get there.

Seven Oaks Cottage

Mid State Fair- We had a cancellation July 13-21. Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, Eric Church, Megadeth and Ice Cube that week. Note: It’s swimming pool season thru September. Our pool is heated to the comfy low 80’s. Seven Oaks is a cozy private cottage nestled among the oaks with a spacious yard and a seasonally heated pool. Near the best the central coast has to offer; centrally located 20 minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and our spectacular coastline.

McClellan Cottage - centrally located studio

Centrally-located and full of charm. 539 square feet of living space featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom, dining space and living room space to Netflix and chill. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Le Petite Retreat- Wine Country Getaway

The above garage guest suite affords privacy and peace. With its own living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom this 400 sq ft space with a deck, semi-private entrance and dedicated garage space is perfect for your visit to wine country. This listing hosts humans only. Please no pets, please don't ask. We also ask that you do not bring small children, the suite is not suited to host little ones and the max occupancy is two persons, 10 or older.
