In short, the apartment was more than wonderful and everything exceeded my expectations in terms of credibility in photos, cleanliness, location, security and dealing. Khaledullah Yafakah and Um Ahmed, the resident, may Allah be pleased with it, is worthy of evaluation above the excellent and true first time, but it is definitely not the last time ..

Great accommodation and Aalaa is very helpful

This was our family’s first airbnb experience and we were very pleased. Dr Mohamed was very friendly and respectful. Madam Souad was also very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was a very seamless process. The place is very clean and close to City Stars shopping Centre, which was a key feature. We will be back for sure.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!! The place itself is gorgeous, the view is out of this world. Waking up and putting the blinds up to have a full unobstructed view of the pyramids was priceless. The staff were amazing so helpful with every aspect. Everyone just wanted to help and make us feel at home as much as possible and we did! I will 1000% be booking this place on my next trip to Egypt.

everything is good all apartment is clean the only thing that I want to comment check in at 5pm and check out at 11 pm it's not normal the owner gave me exception to check out at 12 it's okay but even is not normal to check in at 5 and check out at 12 but any other thing is very good and perfect location is very good apartment is clean and decoration is good all apartment is air-conditioning. anyway it's enjoyable and I recommended

I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

This Airbnb is truly a 15/10. The host was truly amazing, and very helpful. I had lost my bag in the uber and I asked her to call the number uber provided, although she could not reach them but she still took the time to make that call and tried to get my item back. She’s answer all of your questions at a very timely manner and truly just very helpful. She goes out of her way to help you, you feel cared for. The place was very clean, no dirt in sight, the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms all were spectacular. The place is in new Cairo, in a gated community. It is also close to a mall that is 6 mins away where you can do your shopping and etc… I would book this place with no hesitations.

I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel like home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

The place is very spacious and neat, it looks like the pictures and can fit four people. It’s a smart home and has air conditioning in every room. I really enjoyed staying there and would definitely book it again when in Cairo. Yeram, the host is very friendly and responsive, he made our check-in and check-out process very easy and was always checking in to make sure we have everything we need.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great time, the apartment is as pictured. It is close to the airport and not too far from the city center which is convenient for short stays. Big plus for the Xuru Stay team is very responsive if any issues come up. Please feel free to book. I recommend it 100%.

Assalam Alaykum A five-room apartment was rented from Mr. George for two days. I would like to discuss the issue of renting from two perspectives. First: The host, Mr. George, who overwhelmed us with his good reception and prepared all the conditions to make our stay special in his apartment. Therefore, Mr. George deserves to be distinguished as a host. Second: The apartment was rented for only two days because there were many advertisements for apartments, but their reality contradicts the pictures. When we arrived at the apartment, we found it much more beautiful than the pictures, so the period was extended for only one day because there was another reservation for the same apartment. Therefore, I recommend renting the apartment, it is a beautiful and comfortable residence in every sense of the word.

The environment was clean, quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive, answering questions on time. The host even went above and beyond in helping us look for transportation to the airport at the last minute due to the number of bags we have. We arrived at the apartment around 3am, tired, thirsty and exhausted. We opened the fridge and to our surprise we found about ten bottles of water in the fridge. This might be small but it was really appreciated at the right time. The high speed internet was awesome 👏. No interruption for my kids doing their schoolwork. Thank you . We hope to be back again.

Very large , clean apartment close to the airport . There are several A/C 's in the apt. It was easy to find. Adam was very responsive and helpful! I strongly recommend this plce to anyone needing to stay an extra night in Cairo before departing.

The room was spotless—clean, shiny, and felt freshly prepared. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens and pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. But the absolute highlight? Watching the sunrise and sunset over the pyramids from the jacuzzi. That view was surreal—like something out of a dream. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Tamer, the host, was outstanding. He was not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly helpful. He speaks fluent English and Español, which made everything smooth. He helped me navigate the city, gave amazing tips on where to go, what to see, and even what to avoid—his advice really made my stay perfect. If you're heading to Egypt and want a mix of luxury, comfort, and authentic local experience—this is the place. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
