The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. It's small and friendly with 2 great buffets. Our house is perfect for a peaceful stay, as it is in the midst of a natural reserve.It's newly renovated with 2 separate flats.Price is for the ground floor only. Downstairs for max 6 adults, but rather recommended for families. We do not take on loud party people, sorry. Attic apartment has a separate entrance from outside and can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids. (1 double bed, 2 big matresses).

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
