It's just a perfect family beach for kite flying, swimming, and camp fires at night! This is a no pet unit. Units 2, 4, and 6 allow pets.

You will love the view on the huge wrap around porch that over looks the Columbia River and the iconic ''Goonies House.'' 39th pier, Rogue Brewery and Coffee Girl are all in walking distance as well as the streetcar to downtown. There is a full fridge, dishwasher, new gas stove in the kitchen. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied. They do not have access to the hot tub or deck. Astoria licensed.

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
