Newly renovated urban style apartment on the top floor in the highest building so with a panoramic view. Big masted 160x200. The guest bedroom is a small but with big comfortable 180x200 mattress. In the case of 5th and 6th guests we have a sofa bed 140x200. Downstairs terrace is possibly open with a kitchen during the nice weather or during cold weather is usable as well because there is a big heater. The loft is full of stylish books, apple TV, sound system and smart home app. Enjoy your stay!

We are looking forward to welcome all travelers who are interested in Budapest. Our new apartment is located in the centre of Budapest. The Great Synagogue , The Basilica, Deák square and the many pubs and restaurants of the party district are within a 5 min walk from the flat just as the Danube river. 3 metro lines, trams, The Hop-on Hop-off buses and the 100E airport bus are accessible right in front of the house. However, the apartment is still quiet given that it is facing the garden.

It is located just one street next to Erzsébet körút. This means everything you want to explore - restaurants, bars, sights, cultural events - is very easy to get to while on the other hand, due to it's location on a quiet street, you won't be bothered by any noise coming from outside.

Great accommodation. Clean, as described and extremely close to the city and main attractions. Stairs to the bedroom might be a little troublesome for guests that have mobility issues or small children, but aside from that, there are no drawbacks to the loft. Would definitely stay again. The apartment offers a very professional service for a stay in the center of Budapest. We really appreciated the perfect location and the historic character of the building with its beautiful staircase. The modernly furnished attic apartment was very comfortable for the three of us, and David and Eszter were very helpful when we needed to drop off our luggage early, for example.

I enjoyed staying at Miklos + Esters and they were kindly flexible on my dates and changes which I appreciated. The apartment is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood and in a peaceful, traditional complex, with a grassed area. You can sit outside for morning coffee which is lovely. The flat has a mezzanine bedroom which I think is common in Hungary but I've never slept in one before and TBH, it scared me a bit until I got use to it and I had to be super careful when getting up in the night. Miklos/Esther had obviously put a lot of thought and effort into the flat, it's very stylish, has a comfy TV area and desk. There were a couple of things I would've liked, a clothes rail to dry clothes, a couple more towels, and a fan. The flat has air con but I'm not keen on it and it's very warm on the mezzanine at night. It's easy to get into town, either walk for 20 mins, or buses 9 or 72 and lots of nice bars are close too. Good value for money, thanks guys!

Even though this place is right on Vaci Utca, we were surprised by how quiet the apartment was. It was nicely cooled, and László was very responsive. He even helped us carry our bags at check out. Would recommend.
