Our place is in Büyükhusun, 8.5 km from Assos, in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale province, in that peaceful village where people still do not lock their doors. It wouldn't be a lie to say it has the most spectacular view of the village! The sea as far as the eye can see from the valley, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, maybe the occasional bell sounds from a flock of sheep or goats. Where the stars are seen most clearly! Away from the crowd, close to the clouds.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, and you can swim in the sea within a 5-minute walk. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you hear no sound other than birdsong.

The balcony has partial sea and nature views. It is right next to the Temple of Athena. The house is very close to the village center and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also very close to the stop of the minibuses that go to the nearby beaches and settlements.
