Cottage with a view of the Little Belt

Enjoy relaxing days in our cozy cottage. Charming and newly renovated cottage with four bedrooms, one of which is a large enclosed loft with a good ceiling height and two mattresses. There are beds for 6 people and two sleeping places on mattresses. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and terrace. On the first floor, there is a TV room and a covered walkway with lounge chairs and a view of the Little Belt. The garden is south-facing, enclosed, and private. There are a few meters to a lovely sandy beach, and the house is bordered by a beach meadow and forest.

Forest, beach and good hills

Fristed of 96 m2. In the garden there is a small cozy fire pit and shelter with 2-3 sleeping places. We are located close to forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from lovely bathing beach, 1 km from Falsled Havn, Falsled Kro and a pretty excellent harbor grill: "Vandkanten". We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing and cycling. The archipelago trail, which is a 220 km long hiking route around the entire South Funen Archipelago starts at Falsled Harbour.

Do you want peace and quiet, a sea view and a lovely cottage? Well-maintained cottage in scenic surroundings with a unique panoramic view of the sea as well as hilly terrain, fields, and forest. A short distance away is the cozy little village of Faldsled with a marina. There is a short distance to shopping facilities in both Fåborg and Horne. Fåborg, with many shopping opportunities and a harbor with departures to the many South Funen islands, is only 5 km away. Please note that I do not use pesticides on my property. So weeds will be present.

Lilacs and cherry trees frame this cozy place, where you can also use the wood-burning stove. Here you will have ample space to be and enjoy in a quiet cottage area. Only a 3-minute walk to the beach. A 10-minute walk to Faldsled Harbor and inn. The house has 3 rooms as well as a living room/kitchen and bathroom. Walk from the kitchen or living room out onto the wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the view of Faldsled Harbor. Toilet and bath are available. Your dog is very welcome, but must be kept on a leash when you enjoy a walk.

Charming house by the seaside

The house is situated right next to the waters of Helnæs Bay. There is a lively bird life and good opportunities for fishing. There is direct access to the water and the possibility of launching smaller boats. The house is a newly renovated fisherman's house from around 1900 and is located 400 m from the popular beach Feddet. The house has living rooms on both floors and is cozily decorated with a wood-burning stove and a breathtaking view of the water. There is underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen and various games and toys.

Lovely holiday home in Falsled

Here you have a wonderful vacation home with a perfect location in the cozy harbor town of Falsled. The sea, forest and archipelago trail are 1 to 10 minutes away on foot. The beach park with a playground, sports facilities, sauna, and jetty. Campsite, rental of ocean kayaks, SUP boards, etc. Groceries and great dining options at Falsled season, Vandkanten, Galleriverket, and the famous Falsled Inn. There are several shopping opportunities and places to eat in Faaborg town [8 km], where you can also sail to Lyø and Avernakø.

Are you going to stay in "TJÆREGRYDEN"? The place is full of peace and quiet, and the individual apartments are undisturbed in relation to each other. The holiday homes of 55 m2 each are located about 100 m from the water, and all have sea views. Our apartments are based on 2 people, but two of the apartments can easily be used by 3-4 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a nice bathroom.

Amazing Waterfront Cottage with Private Pier

We are renting our unique summer house for rent, located on a 15.000 m2 waterfront plot with a private pier. The house is located by the Baltic Sea in quiet bay, where you can kitesurf, kayak, SUP, windsurf, fish and also swim. The whole property is very generous and can house up to 13 people. It has a total of six bedrooms. The entirely ingrown property of 15.000 sqm offers full privacy, absolut quietness, big terraces, dining places, sunbeds and confortable seats.

The neighbor has both sheep and goats, so here is full of life - yet you can sit and enjoy the sunset out over the field☺️
