With a pool, kayaks, SUP, hiking trails, bikes, and birding, there's little reason to leave the property! Max of 8 adults. No parties. No Pets. Renters must sign a Rental Agreement & provide $250 refundable damage deposit. Pool open April-Sept 30th, NOT heated. 5% local room tax will be collected after booking.

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

The amenities Include, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, arcade, movie theater, billiard room, indoor pool and outdoor pool as well as a restaurant. The condo has 24 hour security and plenty of parking. Pools closed in off season
