With this accommodation in the center, the house is close to the central station, an excellent location because near the main street you will find everything at your fingertips such as supermarkets and shops, about 100 meters away you will find the famous Palazzo Cuto and the remaining ancient palaces of Bagheria, to get to the beach of Aspra which is about 1 km away and the adjacent beaches such as Santa Flavia and Santa Elia which are a few minutes away by car, 12 km from Palermo and 60 km from Cefalu, the house is very comfortable

We really enjoyed this expansive apartment with beautiful sea views. It is even possible to gain direct access and swim from rocks. We were able to pick a few lemons from the garden for refreshing lemonades. 10 minutes drive, Bagheria station with free parking to get to Palermo in 20 minutes. 25 min walk, nice little port with pizzeria and restaurants. Communication and hospitality was excellent. Thank you!

The flat is fully refurbished, it's located in a quiet street but very close to the centre of Bagheria. It has everything you need for a short holiday: double bed, shower room with toilet, bidet and basin, a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, fridge and microwave. The air conditioning is really good and there is a little balcony to chill out in the evening. The flat was perfectly clean and tidy when we arrived.

The location of the house is stunning - I've never seen anything quite like it, especially for the money. It's in a very secluded location with an unparalleled view of the sea. The house is almost exactly as described, and has all the amenities you could want. The nearby villages have some amazing restaurants as well, and if you're using it as a launching pad for a variety of Sicilian day trips - as we did - it's hard to beat. Guests should be aware of a few things, however... (1) The driveway is narrow and steep, and it is hard for inexperienced drivers and/or large cars to navigate. (2) Pay attention to the photo with the three flights of stairs down to the house. It's fully accurate, and if you think you might have an issue with that, look elsewhere. (3) The couch (really a couch-shaped pillow) inside is very difficult to sit on, and almost impossible if you have problems getting up. Other than that though - the house and location are amazing, the hosts are friendly and terrific.

Mariangela and Claudia were amazing hosts and the place was even better than we expected!! Clean and complete amenities with more than enough! She had food, toiletries and a great team to assist me in my stay. The area is great and the people are super friendly! She was able to assist us in getting a driver and a boat tour for a great price that exceeded our expectations! She was extremely kind and easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing! I will definitely come back and stay here again. This is the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had!

We loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. We had plenty of dishes. It had a large refrigerator and stove in good working order. Beautiful view from our balcony of the ocean front area of Aspra. There are several local restaurants that you can walk to. I recommend the Sicilian for fresh perfectly cooked fresh sea food.

Lovely place in the middle of rural Sicily, just 20 minutes away from main cities and beautiful beaches. A piece of heaven in earth with peace, surrounded by lovely nature. The room has everything we need, not TV which for us was a plus to disconnect from the world. Private bathroom with a douche withe excellent water pression. A 1 minute walk from a pool to refresh ourselves after a day out. Anna prepared delicious breakfast every day for a small fee, feeling natural and healthy. There were other customers, but the property is big and calm enough to feel that you are the only one there, Anna was super responsive, helpful and easy to communicate.
