Come and recharge your batteries in a breathtaking setting, a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, facing the peak of Calabasse and the Mail de Bulard. Arrival on foot in 10 minutes by a pretty path through the woods.

Located in the Pyrenean foothills in the heart of the land of the bear, this renovated traditional old farmhouse will allow you to relax. Not overlooked, with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, our house consists of two floors: on the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, living room with stove and a bedroom (1 bed of 140). Upstairs, you will have two bedrooms with balconies, each with 1 bed of 140 + bunk beds of 90, and a bathroom with toilet.

Looking for nature, relaxation and wide open spaces? Welcome to the Pene Nere chalet at l'Étape Aspétoise. You'll be at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the heart of the Comminges and just 3km from the charming village of Aspet (shops, market, swimming pool). A host of outdoor activities are on offer: hiking (Cagire, Paloumère and Gar peaks), mountain biking, cycle touring (Portet d'Aspet and Menté passes), skiing (Mourtis ski resort 25km away), climbing, paragliding, caving, fishing...

Le petit plus, sur le terrain, entouré d'arbres centenaires, s'offre à vous un espace hors du temps propice à la détente et la méditation avec un bassin entierrement naturel allimenté par de l'eau de source ainsi q' un sauna finlandais. A 15 minutes à pied ou 5 en voiture du centre du village d'Aspet et de tous commerces.

Nurture yourself in nature... in peace Small corner of paradise of one hectare including a private pool, 5 m by 3 m/available 06/01 to 09/30, with views of the Cagire mountain, 1900 m. You will appreciate this renovated Commingeoise house with two bedrooms (double bed), a living room (2-seater sofa bed), a bathroom and finally a modern kitchen in which a wood stove is needed to warm up winter evenings. A large barn will allow you to enjoy the outdoors (BBQ, etc.).

Chez Pégot, cottage in Cazaunous

In the heart of the Pyrenees facing the Pic de Cagire, our cottage is a place conducive to relaxation and the practice of outdoor activities in all seasons. It consists of a living room / equipped kitchen, separate toilet, wood stove, balcony-terrace. The bedroom is upstairs with a comfortable 160 bed and an en-suite bathroom. A 160 "cabin" mezzanine bed is accessible from the living room. The cottage was designed with natural and ecological materials.

The otter's cottage

My cottage is a typical old Comminges barn, recently renovated, with a terrace and garden. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. At the foot of the Pyrenees, near Aspet, the Gîte de la Loutre offers you the chance to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation or to explore the Pyrenean foothills. Ideal as a starting point for walking, mountain biking or horseback riding, and discovering the Comminges. Linens and towels are provided.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Profitez d'un sauna, chauffé avec un poêle à bois, ou d'une soirée autour du brasero, sur la terrasse. Cabane en bois avec magnifique vue sur les Pyrénées. Le sauna est disponible (non attenant), à tout moment, pour un moment de détente. A 8km d'Aspet, ou se trouvent les commerces, restaurants, cafés, marché 2 fois par semaine, ... Nombreux chemins de randonnées, parapente, centre équestre, VTT, ski, raquettes, spéleo, escalade, ...

At the foot of the central Pyrenees, come and enjoy the joys of mountain hiking with the iconic Pic du Cagire, bike ride on the Espace VTT-FFC Pyrénées Comminges, summer swimming pool in Aspet or hit the ski slopes of the "LE MOURTIS" winter sports resort (45 min away). All shops 7 km away in the village of Aspet. New 85 square meter (semi-detached) accommodation with garden and children's games (swing, slide, board games).

In our fully renovated family farm, in a small village of the Pyrenean foothills, we offer a cottage that can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Great for families or groups of friends. You can enjoy nature, the many hiking trails, and the various activities available in our valley (Hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, angling, paragliding, caving, and ski resort about an hour away...)
