Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little corner at the gateway to Morvan. Nature lovers, you will be won over. Located close to the Chablisien vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/Ratilly/Chastellux or Guédelon, and the caves of Arcy. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility to add a baby bed on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, tea towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Animals such as dogs and cats only accepted and 2 maximum.
