Well laid out. Bright and airy. Safe, enclosed garden for our dogs. Well-stocked kitchen. Great dinning area and outdoor seating. Close to all amenities.

Aside from a clean and welcoming home every little thing we needed was on hand. We did use a lot of firewood

Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s so clean and cute. Perfect location, beautiful property and the host is beyond accommodating. She went out of her way to help us, was so responsive and kind. So friendly and welcoming. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Nice and clean. It was so great that Estelle let us early which is so great. Love the bathroom bath and wash stuff smells amazing. amazing apartments would love to go back. My dogs had the best time going to the beach which is walking distance. Thank you

The place itself was spacious, clean, and in close proximity to many things—restaurants, shops, and attractions were all nearby. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed here for a girls weekend away and absolutely loved it! The house was absolutely stunning- even more beautiful than the photos, which truly don’t do it justice. It was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect- close to everything but still felt private and peaceful. Rafael is a very welcoming Host. He has great communication. His accomodation has every thing you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accomdation is always very clean. As a result, I have stayed many times with Rafael recently and will be doing so in the future.

Beautiful leafy and private spot. Tiny house was pristine and had everything we needed. Adriana was very friendly and responsive. Only downside was rain that prevented us from using the deck and fire pit - but we had a fab weekend anyway. Watch out for koalas in the trees right on your doorstep!!
