Great value for money and wish I could have stayed longer. Pictures are accurate and Pearl was really responsive to my needs. Felt safe even though it was just for one night. Would recommend to stay here as a base for exploring the waterfalls. Thank you!

The location was easy to find with an attentive caretaker who is very helpful in navigating the town and showing you where good restaurants are in the locality. The house is right off the road the local taxis takes and they’ll literally drop you off in front of the main gate to the house The house has a spacious compound to store about 4 cars/vehicles. We had one of these Kia Bongo with 6 15ft electrical poles tied to it and we were able to park comfortably with another pickup truck parked next to our vehicle Thank you for hosting us Theresa!

I booked this apartment at the last minute when my other plans fell through and I needed a place to stay. Zach and Laura were upfront about the place (they were experiencing some plumbing issues in the kitchen that they informed me of beforehand) and everything was as they described. The air conditioning worked very well and the space was good. The bed was a little hard for us but the space was cozy, clean and convenient for staying in Offinso. Olivia their guest host on the ground was also welcoming, helpful and responsive. 100% recommend!

My wife and I arrived at the Villa October 30 for a one month stay and extended our stay through December 31. The place is exactly as described with all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The Marian and Emmamual were kind and considerate and attentive. Emmamual was always helpful addressing any issue that arose quickly and he help with finding places and services. I highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in a short or long stay in Koforidua and the Eastern Region of Ghana. Abibifahodie.

I had this place booked some weeks before our stay. I had time to review all the comments from stayers and the positive ones were not exaggerating at all. Check in was straightforward and the host was readily available and very responsive. We stayed for 14 days and each one of them was incident free and comfortable. The place looks exotic and beautiful. Huge compound with a well nurtured lawn. Our caretaker helped build a mobile pool on the lawn for kids which they enjoyed very much. I wouldn’t think twice booking this place again because it was a real home away from home in all its essence. Thanks Sylvester, will surely be my first option on my next trip.
