The place has a grill, grill hut, gapahuk and benches. Risøyhamn is located halfway between Andenes and Sortland. Here you can arrive by car, bus or Hurtigruten. Bus stop close to the house.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.
