Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming (note: pools are unheated and therefore closed from September to April)

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Small house of 25 m2 newly created in Urzy. It is located 3 minutes' drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small single-storey house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 beds of 90 cm) and is located in a common courtyard. A large secure car park with intercom is located just in front of the house within the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining plot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
