This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. Little Spruce cottage was a beautiful home to stay the week in Maine. There were a couple hiccups (propane needed), but Vacasa took care of it as soon as possible. We were close to all we wanted to do in southern Maine and loved the location. The home was decorated tastefully and I really appreciated not having to wash sheets and towels at the end of the stay. I would stay there again in the future. Love Maine!

I had a lovely stay at thr barn. Check in was smooth, space was very clean, the location was perfect. Lots of nature and beautiful park/trail at walking distance with a very quick drive to beach! Christopher and Nathalie are great hosts! They were responsive and also very accommodating with my needs. This is a wonderful Airbnb for a peaceful and serene nature retreat while also being close to Portland!

This is the second summer we stayed at this house. We love it. House is spacious. Location convenient to many attractions but still quiet and peaceful. Game room and pool were very nice.

We loved the Bungalow, it was just right for 2 people. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watch the Brook, it was beautiful by day and the sound of the Brook at night was peaceful. The birds were just lovely too, all kinds. We also would watch the Brook go to high tide and then low tide. The Bungalow had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer if needed. We definitely would like to stay again on our next getaway. 😁

Dennis and Cathy, 5 Star Hosts, offer a lovely, bright "nest" that is tastefully decorated and overlooks a gorgeous yard full of trees near where wild turkeys occasionally visit! The space is very comfortable (there were two of us this stay) and features a very, well equipped kitchen. If you choose not to cook, there are plenty of good spots nearby for tasty seafood dishes and a wide variety of craft beers. The entrance is private, the parking is convenient, and there is a furnished deck to relax on while sipping a cup of coffee. Even though it was too cold for a dip during our visit, we thoroughly enjoyed walking along the nearby beaches.
