Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Aruba

We had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Miguel's place! It's a spacious second floor above their home with a really lovely balcony where we spent most mornings drinking coffee and reading. The view at sunset was great as well! It was a three minute drive to the beach, and grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. The wifi worked well and we felt at home. Raquel was so friendly and helpful as well! She had so many local recommendations and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - such kind hosts! The provided beach chairs and cooler were also so helpful and saved us from having to rent chairs. This was the perfect base for our vacation in Aruba and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great pictures are accurate The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and are always willing to answer questions. The place is quiet, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious and there is variety in the options. The surroundings of the place are not the cutest, however it is very short drive to uptown. I would definitely recommend the place.

This was our second stay in Aruba and our first at Alto Vista. It is located outside of the Hub of Norde providing a lovely indoor and outdoor sanctuary after a tiring day exploring Aruba. This location requires a car rental, which is our preference. Any concerns we had were responded to efficiently i.e. one of the beach chairs needed replacing and TJ took care of it immediately. Outdoors there are numerous sitting areas and while this area is shared by 4 rentals we enjoyed it immensely for sitting, dining, barbecuing and cooling off in the pool, The surrounding area is a forest of Cacti with diverse animal life including birds, lizards and wild goats. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a return visit should we be in Aruba again.

A very good place to stay and rest. Super quiet and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The staff was always attentive to any requirement.

My sister and I stayed for 7 nights in #5 and we 100% recommend Beach House Aruba. If you want to be close to the amenities of the high rise district and but stay like a local in a "local paradise" near some of the best beaches on the island, this is it. You are right across the street (NOT busy) from Palm Beach/Malnock Beach (wind surfing/kite surfing), walking distance to the snorkeling hot-spots Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina, and a short drive to Arashi Beach. We loved the outdoor kitchen and never want to cook inside again! The room itself was very good size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modernized, and the ac worked great and was silent. Wilson and Anna took great care of us and were there for anything we needed. Ewald and Doris take immense pride in what they've built at Beach House Aruba. They exude hospitality, truly care about the guest experience, and made our stay unforgettable. Beach House Aruba is a true gem. We'll be back!

The Coconut Inn is a delightful inn for the money spent. The kitchen could use a few more amenities but the daily maid service was very nice. They also keep the pool very pristine.

A very good place, just as shown in the post, but the best part was the communication with Arjen. From the beginning to the end, he was very attentive to everything. Highly recommended

It was REALLY a good stay, Reny's predisposition and handling of other languages is exceptional. I had hosts refused to try to communicate in Spanish. I practice, executive, discreet, only what is needed and ALWAYS p/ solve some need. The place is very nice, warm and organized with the plus of a supermarket IN FRONT and mainly equidistant to all places to know all the cardinal points of the island. Every reasonable order of equipment that according to your habits will be missing the dpto on the first day of use I provide NEW with the best mood. Also note that I trust in renting on arrival vehicle because there are many agencies in front of the airport but x the season I do not find ANYTHING and that same day of arrival I resolved it Renny got it to me a particular car at a BETTER PRICE THAN the ones published, automatic and low consumption. Los dptos d top till have game d patio p breakfast outside . It has a GRILL😃. WOULD COME BACK ALL LIFE

Very safe and comfortable stay. The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Great location — close to downtown and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Honestly can’t thank Bocobay enough for such a gorgeous stay! 🏝️ Apartments were clean and super spacious for two. They really have thought of every little detail to make your stay perfect- from the ice cooler and pop up beach chairs , to the smoothie maker! On site we played tennis, used the gym, club house pool (just steps away from apartment) we even booked in to use one of the bbqs to cook some food (which comes fully cleaned and prepped😍) we recommend booking bbq around 6 at the main pool as you can still use the pool, have a swim when the foods cooked and sun goes down. All staff are soo helpful and friendly! Hosts are amazing & efficient! We had a problem with blinds on arrival and by the next morning maintenance were already over to fix it. Location-rent a car and you can see the whole island, Noord is a beautiful place to base and soo much to do locally. On site you feel super safe with the security at gates. We cannot wait to return to Bocobay apartments! ❤️😍 LOVE

One of the best listings I’ve ever stayed at! The host communication was next level. Always reaching out to see how they can possibly make your stay better. The location of the property is great as well, with just a 5 minute drive from all great restaurants and beaches within the area. The complex also featured everything you would need, including a pool, bbq area. Absolutely loved it, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island!!

The rental is part of a resort. It's a nice hotel, not super fancy. We opted to not do the AI as it was $200/day PP- we bought coffee and stuff for breakfast and just had dinner out. The private beach is wonderful, very clean and free huts and chairs. The pools are very nice too. Most of the restaurants at the resort are just kind of meh(again they're part of an all inclusive) they have shuttles that can take you to all parts of the resort, 4 hotels in total I believe. it is kind of far from everything else though. Shops and individual restaurants so if you like going out and about often, you may want to rent a car. We went to the grocery store the first day about a 10 minute walk from the farthest point the shuttle will drop you off at which was great. I would suggest trying to stay Sat-Sat as they made us move on Sat due to many new guests coming in and it took 2 hours out of a day we had rented a 4 wheeler for. Jason was very responsive.
