The duplex apartment is located in a typical Aranese style building, it is spread over two floors with capacity for four people. Fully equipped with all modern appliances, Nexpresso, and other amenities with 1Gb private wifi!. The main entrance and room is a large living/dining room with a modern open kitchen. There is a cozy fireplace and a breakfast bar. On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with private bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with a modern private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and its corresponding bathroom. The bedrooms are completely separated from the common areas, ideal for 2 couples or a family with children. Being a duplex although the staircase is completely safe it is not appropriate for children under 3 years old, An ideal place as a base for skiing in Baqueira, mountain excursions the rest of the year and also an excellent refuge for teleworking or simply resting in a completely quiet and noise-free environment.

Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.
