Holiday rentals with a patio in Arthurs Point

Lovely unit in a convenient location. Easy to park. Great coffee spot right up the road where we started our days. Very nice space — would gladly stay again and recommend to friends/family! Thank you!

Great place with stunning lake view. it comes with toilet suite for the master room as well. The only minor issue is that you need quite hard time to walk back to home from Queenstown centre, via the steep road and steps.

The apartment were super nice and clean. Uphill tho, quitea lot of steep walk of you don't travel by car. The view is amazing 🤩

Wonderful stay! Great view! Steep walk back to the place each night, but well worth the view and we needed to walk off the yummy eats and drinks we consumed each day so we didn’t mind. Did laundry and hung everything to dry and it dried quickly with the heater on. Great stay, would recommend!!

Stunning place to stay. Serendipity was the perfect distance from arrow town and Queenstown. Arthur’s point is a great family friendly place without the hustle and bustle. Amazing views over the river.

On the hill.overlooking Queenstown. Walkable to all of town though the last block or so is on a very steep hill. Recommend.

The house is located in a spot with a beautiful view of Queenstown, situated high on a mountain. The central living area is fairly spacious and suitable for around 6 people. The house is not very far from the city, but walking up can be a bit challenging as it involves climbing uphill. Also, the house makes noise when walking up to the bedroom, and the bedroom walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear sounds from adjacent rooms, which makes it harder to sleep.

The space was well located up in Fernhill, about 5-10 min drive from Central Queentown. It was an easy 30 minute walk downhill, then we would take Ubers back up the hill at the end of the night, which were inexpensive and plentiful. The space was split into two attached units (each w/their own key)- the first contained a bedroom, a bathroom, laundry, the living room, and the kitchen. The second unit contained a large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Each had their own balcony with a fantastic view.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. It fit our large family perfectly. The views are incredible. Would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect about our stay - The location, the view, the house, and the host. The house was meticulously clean and Emma had given thoughtful touches throughout including keeping various helpful things for the stay which I have never seen at other Airbnb stays I have done. The house was only a very short drive to CBD. Will definitely recommend the place for anyone visiting Queenstown.

We had a wonderful family getaway the home accommodated eight guests very comfortably with all the facilities required to make you feel like you were at home. Very quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Arrowtown and all facilities to really enjoy Queenstown and its surroundings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

We can’t say enough good things about this place, it is very nice. The house was even better than the photos, spotless in all aspects. The modern style and decorations match perfectly with the house style. But the best was the balcony and the lake and mountains view, fascinating! Kitchen was very well provisioned, bathrooms and bedrooms sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. Close to downtown and the airport. I am looking for the opportunity to be back and highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay for a little while, a short walk to get to downtown Queenstown. Parking can be a challenge, but if you plan your day right it’s not too bad. Lots of food in walkable range!

Arrowtown is an awesome little town with everything you need. Laura's place is absolutely beautiful and well equipped

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay at Queenstown Mews! We visited Queenstown with our young kids for my husband running the half marathon and this was a fantastic place to stay with young children. There is a beautiful lakeside playground and coffee shop only a stroll down the street through a beautiful garden and everything was in walking distance. Also the dryer and washing machine were fantastic and a must travelling with young kids!!

This property was our home away from home for a whole month! First, we appreciate Guy's proactive communication. There is plenty of living space, and the best part is the spectacular view of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains from the living room balcony. We felt grateful to wake up to it daily. All the basic amenities are included, including cooking supplies/equipment, extra linens, and toiletries. The washer and dryer units were so helpful to have. The garage was also perfect for storing my husband's mountain bike. It's a 10-15 minute very steep walk to and from downtown, so anticipate getting fit during your stay. :) Heads up to future guests who prefer a more tranquil vibe - there is notable noise during holidays and peak periods. The condo complex gets quite busy with visitors frequently being shuttled in and out, so there are car doors slamming, loud voices, etc. which can be heard from the bedroom windows. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we would return again!
