This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house in the village of the same name houses the app. Prepaulin. A few minutes from the ski area "Zoncolan" and the Terme di Arta, convenient starting point for hiking in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
