Waterfront holiday rentals in Arroyo

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

We came to Nilda’s place to celebrate our anniversary and get some R & R. And that is exactly what we got and soooo much more! First & foremost, Nilda was THE BEST host - and I have stayed in ALOT of places. It was like staying with a family member. She warmly greeted us on the beach with a beverage, had the room decorated for our anniv, had a gift for us AND Puerto Rican coffee as she knew how much we love our coffee ☕️!! And cold drinks in the fridge. She gave us tons of local recommendations! The space was small, but has all you need. And if I did need anything, she was so responsive & took care of it asap! But the location!!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!! Literally. Now this is a real beach. Not a well manicured, white sand beach but a beautiful REAL PR beach and just what we needed This was the best week we have had in a long time … the weather, the location and most importantly NILDA!! Laura’s place is a gem . Beautiful surrounded by nature , quiet , peaceful and Laura makes you feel like family. She’s awesome , so attentive and friendly . We felt as we were visiting family . The rental has all the needed amenities. It’s a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to enjoy as much as we did .

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

This was a beautiful retreat, we were able to cook and have meals on the patio. We enjoyed the experience of having the beach right outside our house and we enjoyed everything about the visit. The host even allowed us to check in hours earlier than expected. Awesome experience Thanks.

We stayed in Sea View at Casa Wurster. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this rental. It was just spectacular! We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen & amenities, coolers, beach toys, paddles and balls for ping pong and pickleball, floats for the pool, bean bags! They thought of everything. Hector was super responsive to anything we needed help with although we should have had him order pizza for us lol. Neither place spoke much English and we got hung up on, lol. Russ was so fun to interact with and he has so much pride in the property - as he should! The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are simply stunning. While we did some traveling around to see the sites, we honestly could have just stayed at the house and had an amazing time. We played pickleball every day, we used the pool every day and hit up the beach across the street to cool off. Needless to say, we cannot WAIT to come back and stay again at Casa Wurster! Loved it!!!

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y muchos extras para divertirse: billar, TV en todas las áreas, mesa de dominos, juegos de mesa, ir de pesca, caminar, relajarse en el jacuzzi con agua caliente y escuchar música. Beautiful location on the water. Spacious! If you’re a night sky watcher, it’s good viewing on a clear night. As stated very responsive host. I would definitely come back.

This is the 2nd time in the last 2 months that my wife and i have stayed here. Patillas and its beaches are amazing. House is always clean amd Victor leaves you preparred for any adventure. This is and will be our normal place to stay as long as its available!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, perfectly located, and the view was spectacular! The hosts were excellent — they provided clear, complete, and concise information about how to get there and access the apartment, as well as things to do in the area. I will definitely come back to stay in this beautiful apartment.

The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. We were right on the beach with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

I can't say enough great things about my stay and the hosts communication. Place is clean and welcoming. I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice. My children and I woke up to breathtaking ocean views in the morning as well as incredible stars scene at night via balconies or roof deck. I appreciate the guide that was custom made for visitors (located by the TV) which tells you about the local restaurants, tourist attractions and supermarkets. It was a big help. We also walked down to the private basketball court during the evening. There are 2 designating spots available. Place felt safe. This was great. I would say to anyone who books this stay that it is money well spent. I look forward to returning.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hector's condo. Villas del Faro is conveniently located across the street from a fairly private beach. There's also a new grocery store nearby (less than 5 minutes drive), so didn't need to stock up too much. The view from the balcony was stunning and provided a relaxing place to sit each morning and sip on coffee. All instructions were clear and the listing was exactly as described. Our stay was over the New Year 2025 holiday, which also involved an island-wide power outage during New Year's Eve. Hector did an excellent job providing updates and giving advice. It also helped that the weather was nice and we had lots of outdoor activities already planned that didn't rely on electricity. The condo was clean and well furnished. I would definitely plan on staying here again for future trips to PR.

Very clean space that has everything you need. Host was extremely helpful, friendly and prompt with anything i had questions about. I will definitely return!!!
