Holiday rentals with beach access in Arroyo

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

Agua Salada was a dream. The apartment was clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there. The bar and restaurant attached to it was amazing! Fantastic mojitos! And the best part was the location-as oceanfront as you could get. I fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves crashing. And with it being oceanfront, it had access to a private beach. Great for swimming and lounging in the beach chair they keep in the apartment. Kenneth and Juan were both so friendly and attentive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was just as described. With a closet containing a small cooler, packable chairs and games/turtle books for kids to play/read. A very nice place to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise before heading to one of the many beautiful beaches. The power went out during our stay and Heather was very committed to making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

We loved the place! It has an amazing view and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The only thing is that it was very far from San Juan but I guess it was our fault for not checking before the distance. In general everything was good.

What a cute little apartment with a great view! It was clean and easy to access. The beach located across the street is arguably the best beach I have ever been to! Lush palm trees line a virtually private beach experience. It was my little one’s first beach trip and there was ample shade and a nice breeze that offered the perfect setting to set up and hang out for the day. The pool is great and the people we met were all super friendly. And the island dogs are a fun addition :) If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vibe, this is it! There were hardly no tourists around which we love for the authenticity of travel experiences. The only thing was there is no AC in the main living space. It was fine, we adjusted quick and the rooms stayed nice a cool with the wall units in the back. It just threw me off a little at the beginning. Everything was perfect! We would definitely stay again!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. We would definitely come back. Thanks Daniel and Desirae!

First I'd like to thank John so much for accommodating us so last minute. We had a bit of an emergency switch and he was able to help us out within less than an hour or contacting him. Communication was quick and easy. He also immediately gave us some information on the local events and restaurants to check out. The house was immaculately kept and the manager turned on the air conditioning for us before we got there so it was nice and cool when we stepped in. The veiw from the patio was absolutely gorgeous and it was the perfect spot to kick back and unwind. So badly needed!! House was well stocked, loved that they have basic staples (salt, pepper, coffee filters and such) to get you through a couple days. There's a grocery store 7 minutes away that was decedent. You need a car for this area to fully enjoy it. Check out was a breeze and he even let us check out a tad late as no one was scheduled to arrive the same day. Watch for manatees!!! So cute!

Host very friendly, all the pictures that were presented upon the rental of the house was as it was when you walked in the doors. Loved the bicycle theme it was beautiful. House was spotless, clean, well organized. Strongly recommend this beautiful house. When I come visit the island again which I know for a fact I will I will be staying here again without a bought. most beautiful and exceptional homes I've ever stayed in. The entire house was spotless, and every room, bathroom, kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Even my brother, who has stayed at many Airbnbs, said he had never seen a place so thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared. It was clear that the host put a lot of care into every detail. Also grateful for all the amenities: fishing rods, kayaks, beach toys, life vests, and even small but thoughtful items like insect repellent and sunblock—everything was there! But the absolute highlight of this house is... the amazing terrace balcony right inside the home. You can spend all day there fishing, eating, relaxing—it’s like having your own private paradise. And the sunset view from the balcony is simply magical—an unforgettable moment that you won’t find anywhere else. The ocean is peaceful and private all day long, yet just a short drive away, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores forconvenience. I highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and will absolutely plan to return! The walled garden is an obvious labor of love and a living work of art (and the kids were sooo happy to have the pool :) ). For us it was ideal to be right down the street from an epically beautiful patch of preserved land. Already missing that place! Liamm & Pete were welcoming and helpful and even gave us a sweet recommendation for our last day in PR after we checked out. Like I said, will happily return to this sweet home.

The house is very cute & clean. The pool is small but perfect to sit around & relax, it was also very clean. It’s in a perfect location for beaches & site seeing. I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, perfectly located, and the view was spectacular! The hosts were excellent — they provided clear, complete, and concise information about how to get there and access the apartment, as well as things to do in the area. I will definitely come back to stay in this beautiful apartment.

The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. We were right on the beach with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

We all absolutely loved our stay here. The place is spacious, clean, and easy to get to! The host communicated thoroughly and was proactive at helping us out with things ahead of time. The community is very safe, and it has such a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach close enough to walk to wasnt the best for swimming given the rough waves, but the hosts have recommended beaches in their pamphlet, and we found one just a few mins down the road that was absolutely perfect. The pool is great, and the place was surprisingly quiet and calm! We didn't have the washer and dryer for our stay due to some unforseen problems, but the host communicated thoroughly with us and we were able to hand wash and air dry small things as needed. We would all definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hector's condo. Villas del Faro is conveniently located across the street from a fairly private beach. There's also a new grocery store nearby (less than 5 minutes drive), so didn't need to stock up too much. The view from the balcony was stunning and provided a relaxing place to sit each morning and sip on coffee. All instructions were clear and the listing was exactly as described. Our stay was over the New Year 2025 holiday, which also involved an island-wide power outage during New Year's Eve. Hector did an excellent job providing updates and giving advice. It also helped that the weather was nice and we had lots of outdoor activities already planned that didn't rely on electricity. The condo was clean and well furnished. I would definitely plan on staying here again for future trips to PR.

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

The place was great! It was exactly as shown in pictures. It was accommodating. It had everything needed. The host was responsive & attentive. We would def stay again!
