Perfect beach front location.

Enrique was great! He made sure to communicate when the room was being cleaned peior to my check in & made sure to call me directly that the room was available. Totally recommend this place!

The place was great. the only problem I had was that someone try to break in the car I rented. I was told by some people that KIA cars are highly stolen . if you renting a car, do not rent KIA.

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

Great place to stay in Guayama!

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very nice and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. The space was well-maintained and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

This was a beautiful retreat, we were able to cook and have meals on the patio. We enjoyed the experience of having the beach right outside our house and we enjoyed everything about the visit. The host even allowed us to check in hours earlier than expected. Awesome experience Thanks.

I highly highly recommend that you go to Lago Carite and stay at Raul’s place overlooking a beautiful lake scenery. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night in this amazing apartment. Before we checked out we spent about 20 minutes taking some great photos and videos of the view & ourselves from the porch, which overlooks the lake, creating some the best photos from our trip!! The apartment is HUGE, esp compared to the 4 Airbnb’s we got in various PR cities. Apt is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and very nice bathrooms, yes I said bathroomS! There are 2 full bathrooms in the apartment. There is a large bed in a private bedroom with a full bathroom and a 2nd fouton bed in the living room area and the fouton bed is just next to the 2nd full bathroom, very convenient!! Raul is super kind as well! I messaged him asking for a coffee place nearby and his lovely response was to bring us over some coffee, milk, and sugar to brew our own pot of delicious Puerto Rican coffee!!

Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect and we loved the private Terrance upstairs. Very private and peaceful. Easy to find and Javier gave clear instructions.

Beautiful place, I recommend it 100%. The host is super friendly and the area is very clean. Fantastic smell. We'll definitely be back. If you are staying there do not hesitate to try the mofongo of the restaurant on the side (Calixtos) rich!!!❤️

A hidden gem. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the pool. The walk to the beach is so beautiful. The beach was so quiet. Everything was clean and neat around the property. Inside was perfect for my family. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. The view from the balcony was stunning. We loved our trip very much and will be back!

Villa Tere is a beautiful place. It was super clean, comfortable and peaceful. The view is amazing, just what we needed to relax. It is a very spacious penthouse and I highly recommend this airbnb. Definitely will book again without hesitation.
