Marco's house is well located in the center of Pescasseroli from where you can easily reach all the towns of the National Park, the proximity of the car parking makes everything very simple. The house is nice and spacious, four of us stayed comfortably. Marco was very helpful for travel tips and directions. Thank you!

Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and accompanying us to the house, in showing us the area to park and in the final greetings. There were four of us plus two dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, built on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious in the right places. It will be a reference point and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

Wonderful stay at Serena's apartment. It was immaculate and so central to the historic centre of Sulmona. Could walk everywhere. Felt right at home. would highly recommend. Beautiful landscapes and characteristic bnb at the foot of a castle that we also visited, an excellent restaurant recommended by Marco, "the sunflower", a characteristic village, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The Villa was amazing I would defanatly recommend staying here to anyone, it was very clean had everything we needed comfortable and the host was there with any questions we had she even lent us some bikes to get around on as we did not hire a car but it is easy to walk into the town, there is a supermarket right around the corner witch was very convenient, amazing villa amazing host that went above and beyond to make us feel right at home if I could give more than 5 stars I would it was perfect.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

This is an amazing location and a really beautiful place. We had a family of six stay at the beutiful villa and we all we so happy with the choice. The property actually looks better in person. Marco the host was very easy to deal with. He's a great communicator and is always available to answer questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at a 12. Highly recommended.

Amelia and her husband were great guests. Their home has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, etc. We didn't use the pool because it was low season, but I guess it would be a nice addition to the property! Thank you for your time! Morten and Pawel send you their best regards!
