Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arorangi

Thank You for letting us still stay, even when you were away and can say that this was the best. Love the morning wakeup calls, even at 5 in the morning from the roosters in the area lol and would listen to this rather than the traffic along the main road.

We decided to go with an Airbnb instead of a resort being a family. Was so pleased we did. The villa is so spacious and fitted our family perfectly. Couple minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Was perfect for snorkeling or just chilling. Rachael and Tom were great hosts. If we had any issues (which we didn't) we could call anytime. Miss 3 1/2 absolutely loved the pool.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was clean, tidy and in a fabulous location, right on the beach. Great for groups. Lotu was very accomadating and responded extremly quick to any questions, nothing was a hassle. The house is walking distance to Castaway and Shipwreck, either along the beach or road, 750m either way. There's a small cafe just down the road and the Falafel shack was next door. We would definetly look at booking again in the future. You can also book the seperate studio which is another room off the end with a bathroom and kitchen. I didnt see this on air bnb though, maybe I just didn't see it when initially searching but if you require more than 4 rooms this is an option.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning ocean views! We arrived late on a stormy night and experienced rough weather for the first day and a half, and it was wonderful to be in such fabulous accommodations. We relaxed in the living room watching the giant waves crashing out the glass doors/wall, ran across the street for snacks & burgers, and were able to wander the beach when the rain paused. We stayed several other places on our trip (joined a group tour), and this was hands-down the BEST! So glad we were here for the stormy part, as we still got to enjoy our time, regardless of the weather. Our last morning, with clear weather, we enjoyed the most beautiful sunrise! You can view this from your bed, or wander out on the patio. Home is new & lovely with solid internet & great amenities; we did some light cooking & appreciated having the necessities on hand. They provide a binder with all kinds of useful info, recommendations & maps. Great, fast communication.

Extremely spacious accommodation and very clean. Very close to airport but this didn't bother us as the planes don't go often. Love the spa. The host was super responsive and helpful. Air con only in bedrooms, but didnt bother us as it wasn't the height of summer. Easy self check in and there was even some snorkel gear to borrow as well. Very close to main town and supermarkets, easy to find with instructions from host. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Dear Leilani and Vai, Thank you both so much for a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home in Rarotonga. Having visited the island more than 20 times over the years, we can honestly say your property has been one of our absolute favourites. The home is incredibly spacious, immaculately clean and tidy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the pool area – the covered spaces on both sides of the living area made it easy to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day, rain or shine. Vai, thank you for the outstanding job keeping everything in such pristine condition – it really made a difference and did not go unnoticed. For future guests, we’d highly recommend Vianna’s for a casual bar experience, Nautilus for finer dining and delicious small plates, and the Bond Store for the best value alcohol outside of duty free. If the weather plays along, a jet ski tour with TVK watersports is also an exciting way to experience the island from a different perspective.

Joseph and Odette were warm and hospitable. Their place was clean and they were reachable at any point if we needed anything. Gracious hosts, highly recommend.

Wow! As a family of 5 with 3 late teen / adult age children this house was just perfect. The bedrooms with separate ensuites were luxurious and spacious and the communal areas were perfect for gathering together as well as having break out space. The views from all rooms and the decks exceeded our expectations. The location was walking distance from multiple restaurants, cafes, and the night markets. The beach was pristine and incredibly accessible for walks and snorkeling right out the front. Location was A+. Our hosts Michael and Jo were friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back, and we would choose this home again in a heartbeat!

Place was just as you see in the photos. Beautiful view, great location up on the hill. House has everything you need and Rose was great at communicating throughout the booking and our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Jacqui’s place was fantastic! The location was amazing: just a quick drive from the airport, near (within a short or long walk) nice restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, but set far enough from the main road where it’s very peaceful and quiet. And it’s right on the beach! And on the west side of the island - the sunsets were amazing, and the stars at night were unlike I’ve ever seen! The unit itself was great: clean and modern with every amenity you could need. I highly recommend if you’re in Rarotonga. Worth every penny and then some! Thanks Jacqui!

It was a great experience.hey were very responsive to all of my enquires prior to the stay. Bill was very helpful and accomodating. He showed me all the interesting and important places on the island. TBill was very supportive since I was alone. It was very quiet and close to the beach for a walk along the beach. All eating facilities were within walking distance. It was a very convenient location for the buses going around the island. A car could be useful but not essential. The major town, Avarua was only four km away. The airport was only approximately six km away. There were paw fruits, bananas and passion fruits which were offered off the property. Bill made sure that the plate on the kitchen always made sure that fresh fruits were always on that plate. Bill was hospitable and I would highly recommend the place for either a single person or couple.

The description and photos don’t do this listing justice. The view and convenience to Muri with still being private and quiet was unbeatable. Beautiful brand new unit. Huge bathroom, lovely pool, top notch host and experience.

Lynn was an exceptional host. Thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and clear. She had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival, and it was easy to feel at home right away. The accommodation was spotless and well-equipped, and you could really tell that a lot of care had gone into every detail. Lynn was always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more relaxed. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern property. It is well layed out and the bedrooms are very spacious with comfy beds… and ceiling fans too! Would definitely stay here again. Great location, close to town and the airport. Yogi was always contactable and was very swift to get our hot water going again when the gas ran out. Thanks so much! 😊

This accommodation had everything I needed, I would definitely stay there again and recommend this to anyone else. I have no complaints. so private, just around the corner from muri Beach and night market. Very quiet are, tidy and clean. Thank you to the host for keeping an eye on my Father when I returned back to NZ. communication was on point. out of all the accommodation this one will have to be a A+++

Second time we have stayed here and both times it’s been amazing. Right on the beach with one of the best spots for snorkelling. Has everything you need including kayaks, snorkel gear and comfy outdoor seats. Plenty of towels too. Basic kitchen to keep the beers nice and cold. We will be back.
