Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Relax in our quiet and elegant accommodation. We offer our charming house for rent. It is located in a very quiet little village, in a former farmyard. A 400 m2 garden is available with fruit trees and a vegetable garden... A large wooden terrace is located at the foot of the house and provides access to the garden. The house has a second terrace at the back. ⚠️The spa is available from June to September⚠️

You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sofa bed downstairs that is ideal for children, and an open-plan mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room, which also has access to the terrace.
