Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 10 people. The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colours and original works of art combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-glazed windows with views of the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the main high-quality utensils and appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and one room with two beds. Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

In the metropolitan area. Five minutes by car from Nevada Shopping Center, PTS (Technical University of Seville) and hospital. 35 minutes from the sea and Sierra Nevada National Park. Bus at the development's door to downtown. Apartment inside a villa, with a swimming pool and garden in a private development (common areas within the property), surrounded by countryside, quiet and comfortable. Small pets are welcome. Small dogs and cats live on the property. A double sofa bed and a double bed in the same room.

Less than 100 meters from the Granada Metropolitan stop (Fernando de los Ríos) that leaves us in all areas of interest in the city, from the historic center to the Palacio de Congresos, train and bus stations, hospitals, soccer stadium or Palacio de los Deportes. Brand new and fully-equipped apartment. Delivered in September 2023. No parking space due to the ease of parking in the area, but I can offer it to you if you consider it essential.
