Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Great location for walking to sites. Near a main road but quiet at night. Upstairs occupant was crazy noisy but that is out of Karen's control. Comfy bed. Karen is friendly, helpful and great host. I'd stay here again!

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

Great location and very nice apartment inside! Separately, I note that the owner of the apartment was very quick to answer any questions, recommended many cool places and in general was very friendly! The only thing to know is the 5th floor, no elevator. There was no problem for us. The apartment has all that is needed. The apartment itself is large, clean and cozy. A separate plus is that there is a desk for work. It is not visible in the photos as it appeared recently. The apartment is located in the center, you can walk to many attractions and restaurants. We are so glad you chose this place! We were very happy,

Everything went great - the host was responsive and the place was very authentic. The view of the mountains from the loggia deserves special attention. Within walking distance are the main attractions, restaurants and even a market where you can feel the local flavor.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packages, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay was prepared for our arrival. There are a huge number of different shops around with a great variety of products. Hovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've been to - was constantly in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you so much!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.
