I had a lovely stay at Gevorg's place! The apartment is cute and cozy, with all the listed amenities. Even though the apartment is just on the second floor near a busy street, the trees in front of the windows give you a wonderful sense of privacy! Gevorg is an excellent host, always helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and I'd happily recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Narine and her husband are exceptionally great hosts, we were very warmly welcomed. They met as at the bus station and drove us to the place. The rooms are nice, the bathroom and the kitchen are spacious and well equipped. We also had a large and lovely terrace, where we spent most of the time. The owners helped us with everything, orientation around, transportation and guidance. We loved their cooking and staying with them, it was amazing! We wish to come back soon.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

The appartment looks like on the photos. It was very comfortable, and all the amenities were there. The host was very responsive and supportive. Definitely will stay there next time.

Эта квартира прекрасна! Здесь есть всё необходимое для жизни как на короткий срок, так и для длительного пребывания. Всё продумано до деталей, хороший, действительно качественный ремонт, отличная сантехника, тёплый пол в ванной комнате, индукционная плита, кухонные принадлежности продуманы до мелочей, много мест для хранения вещей, разные варианты освещения, уютный балкон, очень удобная кровать. И нагрев воды в отличие от большинства других квартир в Ереване происходит не посредством газового котла, здесь центральная подача (возможно, у дома собственная котельная, вы избавлены от проблем с водой полностью, ночью тоже всегда есть вода). Новый дом, внизу охрана. Удобство расположения в центре бесценно. Красивый вид. Сюзанна прекрасная женщина, очень гостеприимная и отзывчивая, дала все инструкции по заселению, я приехала ночью с позднего рейса без проблем. Также при заселении меня ждала бутылка армянского вина, что было очень приятно! Я обязательно приеду сюда снова!

Ruben was so helpful during our stay, and even provided transport to Yerevan. He was very responsive and friendly, and the home was very spacious.

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été exceptionnel ! Idéalement situé, il permet d’accéder facilement aux lieux d’intérêt locaux. L’appartement est bien équipé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. De plus, l’hôte était accueillant et réactif. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et pratique.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Aren, grâce à la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a accueilli! Le logement se trouve dans un endroit magnifique avec une très belle vue, quoique les transports pour y accéder soient un peu capricieux.

Had a lovely stay at this home with my family. The house is very spacious and clean. Communication was helpful. Only thing I would say is the house is on the 3rd floor so there is many steps to get there, my parents found this quite difficult. Overall a good stay.

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It’s located in a decent neighborhood with shops and transport nearby. The host, Samvel, was very friendly and welcoming. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and was always ready to help if we needed anything. We really appreciated his hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place!

Well worth the money! Clean and really well situated. Make sure to ask for coordinates in advance as the address on Airbnb doesn't work on Google Maps. Owner is responsive and there is staff nearby for any needs.

Хороший вариант для кратковременного пребывания. В апартаментах очень тихо, достаточно близко до канатной дороги. Но по ночам может быть холодно, включайте обогрев (мы его не сразу заметили)
