Narine est très accueillante et cuisine à merveille. Les monastères de Sanahin et Haghbat sont à quelques minutes de route seulement et d'innombrables autres sites peuvent être facilement visités dans les environs. Certainly the best place to stay in Alaverdi. The apartment is impeccable and suits groups like ours (we were 7 people) very well. Narine is very hospitable and her cooking skills are awesome. The monasteries at Sanahin and Haghbat are only a few minutes away by car, and there are countless other places to visit in the region. Zweifellos der beste Ort um in Alawerdi zu übernachten. Die Wohnung ist tadellos und für Gruppen wie unsere (wir waren zu siebt) sehr gut geeignet. Narine ist sehr gastfreundlich und kocht hervorragend. Die Klöster Sanahin und Haghbat liegen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es gibt in der Gegend zahlreiche weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Artaq is very kind guy and very helpful and friendly. His house is a great place to spend your travel time in relaxing and quiet... really recommended for big families or group of friends. very comfortable and good facilities. location is interesting and not far from the Sevan lake.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The view from the property is breathtaking – you can see the surrounding landscape from every angle, which made mornings and evenings so peaceful and serene. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – a short walk to a beautiful old church -Sevanavank Monastery- making it so convenient to explore the area. We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

La nature du lac Sevan est magnifique, mais les constructions autour sont chaotiques et peu esthétiques. Tellement dommage. Le logement ne paie pas de mine de l’extérieur, mais super à l’intérieur - tout bien aménagé et la baie vitrée donne l’impression d’être seul au monde en pleine nature. Chaud et chaleureux à l’intérieur. Tres propre et il y a tout le nécessaire. Très bonne idée d’avoir mis des jumelles à disposition. De bons restos à côté. Nous avons passé un bon moment
