Расслабтесь у камина с бокалом коньяка"Арарат",в предвкушении новых впечатлений и открытий.Почувствуйте теплоту и уют нашего особенного дома !Наш дом находится в селе Баграмян,в 20 минутах езды от Еревана(на такси 4$ или 205-ым автобусом,который проезжает каждые 15мин).В пешей доступности есть супермаркет и магазины , есть парк с детскими качелями.Всем гостям мы осуществляем один бесплатный трансфер от или до аэропорта и предоставляем сим карту с местным номером и интернетом.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The living room has a couch that can sleep two people. There are three air-conditioners, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, TV channels, kitchen with its own utensils, hot and cold water. There are two bathrooms. There is a place to grill meat in the yard. The airport is 3-4 kilometers (5 minutes) away and the center of Yerevan is 12 kilometers (15-20 minutes) away.

A cozy seating area is featured, with colorful chairs and cushions arranged around a rustic wooden table. Large windows draped with dark curtains provide a view of the outdoor garden, while decorative rugs add warmth to the space.

A very nice villa not far from Yerevan, the house is with yard, swimming pool and sauna. The house is very family-friendly. Oshakan village is 40min from the airport. You can take taxi to Yerevan with a cost of 3000amd. Oshakan is a very historical village. It is well known to historians and pilgrims of the Armenian Apostolic Church as the site of the grave of Mesrop Mashtots, the inventor of the Armenian alphabet.
