Bedroom Area • 40 m².  • The room has its own exit to the common areas of the building and a private exit to the porch and 1st floor terrace, accessible by elevator and stairs. Smoking: on the bedroom porch, terraces: on the 1st and 2nd floor, ground floor patio. Public Parking: Free! (reservation is not). Parking for motorcycles and bicycles on the 1st floor terrace.
