Absolutely the best BnB me & my family have stayed in!! Top notch hospitality & amenities everything you could need in a home was right at our fingertips. Perfect location 20 minutes from airport 10 minutes away from downtown Dallas. Definitely would consider this my go to home for family trips in Dallas. I had an incredible stay! The property was clean, stylish, and so comfortable — perfect for me and my guests. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which made our time even more relaxing and fun. The host was warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My family and i enjoyed this home very much and the host was wonderful there was a little hiccup with the hot tub not being very clean but the pool was great so that was no biggie it's very spacious nicely kept the backyard furniture is a plus being that i was there with kids so i lounged on the side while they played and my husband barbecued We definitely will be back for another get away before summer ends definitely a super host💛

The home is bright, clean and modern with plenty of space to relax! Josh was extremely accommodating and communicated well ! My teens loved the gaming set up , our pup loved the huge doggy bed and I loved the comfy beds and sectional. I really appreciated the little touches like a baby crib, doggie door, and plenty of extra linens! I look forward to staying again soon!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we visit again! The location was perfect and peaceful in town but not in a busy location! Very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and questions. 5 out of 5!!

5 stars! We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The home was super clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. She even had a pack and play and high chair set up and available for our infant which really made things convenient to not have to travel with. The outdoor space was a real highlight. The pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing during the day, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, which made things super convenient. The host was fantastic—very helpful and incredibly responsive, always replying within 10 minutes. They also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Kim and Kal's place was amazing! Their home was beautiful , spacious and cozy. We traveled to Arlington to experience the Solar Eclipse and we enjoyed it out in their beautiful yard. Their home offered a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Outside had a grill in which we utilized. Loved cooking in their spacious kitchen. Best part was that each room had king size beds. Liked all the white in each room, very clean! Kim and Kal responded quickly to any questions that I had. Directions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to any family. It met our family needs. Neighborhoods was quiet and nice. Thanks for the goodies upon arrival! Thanks again!

Trying to find a place for 16 people and stay with in budget was hard, then I found this Gem 35 min from my house. We all had a great time and had beautiful landscape to capture family photos. My grandkids got to visit the barn and see the horses. We heard peacocks at night and some of the horses came to the fence. The pool was amazing, nice out door kitchen with plenty of shade, ceiling fans and outdoor fireplace where we roasted marshmallows. Honestly I can’t say enough good about this place to fully describe it and do it justice. Last weekend was a dream come true and in the perfect environment. Terri and her husband are very nice and easy to work with and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I even asked her if she rented just her pool, since i live close.

Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. felt right at home. We loved the house, from fun at the playroom, movie room, backyard. Great location, and very responsive and helpful host. Will love to stay here again in the future.

It was a great stay. The house was clean and was exactly how the pictures showed. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly to a few questions I had. The pool was great, my son and his friends had the best time.

Loved this property and the location, it’s right on the lake, with a beautiful view, and everything you could need for a Great Lakefront getaway. We stayed over memorial day weekend with family and it did not disappoint. From the pool, to hot tub and well-equipped kitchen and game rooms, all you need is here! We will definitely be back as guests.
