Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Great location BEFORE the river gets shallow - boat any time of day without depth issues! Breathtaking views from patios. Sandy beach area out front, protected from current for the little ones. Walking distance to Launch Ramp, 18 hole golf course, bar and grille, and pro shop with cart rentals.
