Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Я автоматически становлюсь счастливым, когда заселяюсь квартиру с высокими потолками, и солнечной стороной. Квартира разительно отличается от массы квартир с одинаковыми планировки, дни и ночи проведенные здесь, запомнятся мне со знаком плюс. Благо дарю !

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

We absolutely enjoyed our short stay! It is very warm, neat and clean apartment. Everything works perfectly well and we just had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend!

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

Such a lovely apartment, out of the noise of the city but an easy walk down Cascades, and taxi back if the escalators were closed. Fantastic views! Sofiya and Karen have a beautiful home that is so quiet at night. We had everything we needed plus more, and were extremely comfortable. Very friendly and communicative, our hosts made the whole experience so easy and just amazing. Thank you!

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.

Однозначно рекомендую данные апартаменты! Квартира чистая, уютная, есть все необходимое, особенно, порадовало наличие зонтов и цветов, из таких мелочей и складывается весь уют и комфорт. Армен очень отзывчивый, всегда был на связи, давал свои рекомендации, чувствуешь, что человеку небезразлично ваше пребывание. Заселение было бесконтактным, апартаменты легко найти. Проблем со въездом не возникло. Сама же квартира находится в отличном районе, рядом есть несколько супермаркетов, станция метро, кафе и рестораны, но при этом дом выходит не на главную улицу, а находится внутри двора, поэтому ночью тихо. Спальные места удобные, мебель и ремонт свежие. Спасибо за то, что вы делаете!
