Holiday rentals with lake access in Ariccia

This is such a beautiful and charming cottage! It is full of character, has a beautiful garden, is in an extremely peaceful location but still very easy to get to both the lake and the town. Communication was fast and clear and I was very well taken care of by the host’s friends who made checking in and out extremely easy. They were welcoming and made sure I had a great time while there. The cottage was clean, beautiful and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni splendidi, non solo perché il clima ci ha accompagnato con un bel sole e il mare è spettacolare, ma soprattutto perché ci ritiravamo in un oasi di pace. La casa ha tutto il necessario, letti comodissimi, bagno spazioso e funzionale, cucina attrezzata, e tutto nuovo. Fuori c'è lo spazio privato con sedie, tavolo, divano e amaca e lo spazio in comune con l'altro appartamento che comprende barbecue, parcheggio, solarium e una zona con divani e amaca molto bella. Dire che l'host è reattivo è riduttivo, Gianluca è stato presente in tutte le nostre necessità da consigli sulla zona fino al cambio di una gomma bucata. Grazie di tutto ci torneremo sicuramente.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Manuel's place is the perfect distance outside the chaos of Rome. We used it as a base to tour Rome driving to the Jonio metro station, parking and traveling into the center by train.

We had a great time staying here. The space is perfect for a stay as a couple. Andrea was very friendly and even send us the sunglasses we accidentally left at the Airbnb via post. We can recommend staying here!

Abbiamo appena passato una settimana incantevole nella bellissima casa di Nicola a Bracciano. La posizione della casa nel borgo medievale non poteva essere più bella, con vista mozzafiato. Bracciano è un paese pieno di ottimi ristoranti. C’è moltissimo da fare e vedere, ma il museo aeronautico è da non perdere assolutamente! We spent a wonderful week in Nicola’s lovely house in Bracciano in the medieval part of the town with the most amazing view of the lake. Bracciano is full of wonderful restaurants and there are so many things to do and see. Not to be missed is the aeronautics museum, which is about 10 minutes by car from Bracciano.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente in una zona splendida, esci e sei in un borgo medievale, fai due passi e sei a fare colazione in riva al lago. Anguillara inoltre è collegata a Roma dal treno, in mezz'ora sei alla stazione di San Pietro, logisticamente una soluzione ideale. Simona gentile, reattiva e precisa. Consiglio.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Rome. Ce logement était super, très bien situé avec tous les équipements souhaités. L’appartement est très spacieux et très joli. Merci surtout aux hôtes qui ont été de grands conseils et toujours réactifs à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout ! 😁

Second time I stayed with Giulio and can only praise for his attentiveness in keeping the property so immaculately clean and willingness to maintain it so well for the benefits of his guests. Looking forward to coming back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful jewel of an Airbnb. The location is fantastic, situated right at the base of the castle. The suite was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was very pleased with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

Eleonora's place is an absolute gem - both in terms of location and the residence itself. The historic centre at the top of the hill where it's located is private and quiet, but a very short walk down to the lakeside. Lake Bracciano is extremely beautiful and there's so much to do there. The residence itself has every facility you need on a holiday, and was very comfortable - I can't think of anything I would change. Eleonora is also very responsive and proactive in her communication. Definitely my top option to stay the next time I visit Rome.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt – das Apartment war wunderschön, gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir nur brauchen konnten (sogar ein Glätteisen war im Bad vorhanden!) All die liebevollen Details und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Mario haben uns unglaublich willkommen und umsorgt fühlen lassen. Mario war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können eine Übernachtung hier absolut empfehlen!

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

We had a great stay at this flat in Rome! It was just like the photos, clean and spacious for two people. The quiet neighbourhood provides a pleasant contrast to the buzzing city centre but is well connected via bus routes. Stefano, who managed the entire process as host, was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay at the flat again.
