Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Close to DFW airport, UNT, TWU, Texas Motor Speedway with access to all of DFW. Note: beds are in open ladder loft. Guests must be able to climb steep ladder for access. Sofa (sleeps 1) and/or air mattress available downstairs. We do not allow outside guests, gatherings or parties in the space or yard.
