In the heart of the Berry countryside and 2 hours from Paris, the Cahute is less than 10 km from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire and close to the Loire by bike. Nearby (500 m) is also an equestrian center. 10 km away, Loire canoe trip, 18-hole golf course (Golf De Sancerre), mini-golf, tennis, swimming pool. 45 minutes from Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, car, motorcycle, This comfortable cottage, its terrace and shaded garden invite you to relax.

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Its large veranda with panoramic river views, Burgundy stone terrace shaded by a fig tree, and elegantly restored interiors make it a peaceful haven. Located in La Charité-sur-Loire, a listed historic town, a few steps from shops and the famous 12th century priory, it is the ideal place for an authentic and rejuvenating stay.
