We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Very bright apartment, quiet, safe and friendly apartment. It has internet/ TV, heating, washer/ dryer and a full kitchen. There is an elevator, but being a first floor, you can walk up. The apartment is newly painted and arranged (December 2023). It is located in front of the Cebada Market in the historic downtown neighborhood of La Latina, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 7 minutes from La Puerta de Sol. The La Latina subway 100 meters away from the door.
