Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very reactive to comments for improvement, that at the hours they were implemented. The apartment is comfortable.

This place is by far the best stay in Madrid we’ve EVER had. The place is so clean, the AC actually cools. It’s extremely clean. Everything about it was amazing. It’s so hard to find such a comfortable place in Madrid. This is a gem! We travel with kids and cleaningness, comfort and safety and a priority for us. This place has all that and more. The room closest to the door you could hear a little more street noise but nothing that bothers at all, we had a perfect sleep and really enjoyed every minute of our stay. This is the best place in town!

Perfect for a family getaway. The apartment has no lack of detail. Very central. It is interior but has a lot of light. Highly recommended

Very comfortable apartment, very well located, half a block from the opera subway station and close to the Puerta del Sol. It has 4 rooms with blinds, the two main ones have air conditioning, the beds are comfortable, you don't hear any noise despite the excellent location. It's bigger than it looks for photos. Enrique responds quickly and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in. The building has an elevator, you have to climb 5 steps to the entrance. The only thing it doesn't have is an oven

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

The place is a real treat. The views of the Sierra de Gredos are incredible. Not to mention the facilities that Juan Antonio has provided, facilitating flexible entry and exit in terms of time. A great touch is the complimentary coffee, milk and water. Also the state of cleanliness, availability of towels and sheets, and the cleaning pack with everything new, scouring pad, mop, Fairy... We'll definitely repeat it!

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. The stay was great. From the first moment Concha was in contact with me giving me all the details. She is a great lady. The ideal place to rest and be in contact with nature. The pool great and have parking also sum dots. Nice to have spent a few days there and looking forward to repeat

Great place for a big family. All necessities are given like towels, washing machine & dryer, kitchen utencils, etc. The apartment is easily accessed, near to the supermarket to buy groceries. Practically, my damily & I were totally happy when we were there.

A very pleasant stay with Columna in her house in Boadilla. Very quiet area where you can rest and feel at home.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Pilar's Place is Amazing! We had a wonderful time at Pilar's home! Her house is absolutely beautiful, filled with lush plants and stylish furniture—every corner is thoughtfully decorated, making it feel cozy and inviting. Pilar is such a thoughtful host. Even though we arrived early, she warmly welcomed us and provided tons of helpful tips about local restaurants, transportation, and attractions, which made our trip much smoother. The location is also great—just about a 30-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, with charming streets to explore along the way. If we return to Madrid, we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Perfect accommodation to move around the areas of Jerte, Sierra de Béjar and Circo de Gredos. With everything you need and very clean, with very good details from the owner and a great garden to enjoy the tranquility and the sounds of birds and water.
