Beachfront holiday rental in Arena Gorda Beach

Excellent accommodation, close to the beach and in a good location. Sadiel was always on the lookout and super attentive, our stay was great and I'll be back soon. I felt right at home.

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my time staying here. the pool is a amazing, the view is amazing, the beach is amazing and minutes away by walking. a lot of bars and restaurants en the area, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The plan is to return.

From the day I made the reservation until I checked out they responded immediately to any and all inquiries. Apartment was spacious and kept cool by opening up all the windows to let in the ocean breeze. Location was perfect right next to the beach. Loved sitting out on the patio to begin and end each day. Would definitely come back.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

nice apartment, everything it really advertises is. it is in a very central location and relatively close to a beach called Turquesa. it has iodine type of commerce next door supermarket, house changes , framacia, bars, restaurants, banks, ATMs, etc.

All together it was a great stay, host was very communicative with the entire check the place was generally very nice

Spacious 1 BR condo as described in listing. Clean on arrival with cleaning supplies available. Wifi great, hot water supply also very good. The pool in this complex is fantastic with lots of loungers and is well maintained. Kitchen could use some extra amenities however we managed to cook without much issue. Restaurants and beach are a short walk away and we felt safe doing so. We would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is the electricity is very expensive! We paid $300usd deposit. Once home and electricity calculated, we were refunded as only had fans on in the day and air conditioning in bedroom at night.

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. Roof top have great views and jacuzzi. We had amazing time in Punta Cana. Highly recommend.

Mark and co-host a great. They always responded really fast usually within 30 mins. Great view from the apartment really clean all the amenities, good places to eat with in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10 in my opinion.

Had a great stay. My expectations were exceeded. Location is perfect. so close to everything you will need. Host was so helpful with any requests and very responsive. we even extended our stay because we enjoyed this place so much. 5 stars and would definitely return.

This Airbnb was in a very convenient location which made our vacation so much better. The hosts not only helped coordinate excursions for a competitive price, but many excursions also pick up from locations that are less than a 5 minute walk from the Airbnb. There is a market open 24 hours right across the street for added convenience. The house was clean & the host responded almost immediately on a consistent basis. Very pleased with our stay.

It was wonderful!! I loved the condominium, the pools, the location… everything was perfect!! I needed to ask a question and for more cutlery and Bryan sorted it out for me right away! A thousand stars! Attention to Brazilians who need to take or buy a plug adapter there because it is different from our country.

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

Place was just as listed if not better. Perfect location with a quick 3 min walk to the beach, essentially first building next to the public access area of the beach. Very short walk to where there were multiple restaurants and small supermarkets with one market right next door. The pool was on the smaller size put perfect for what we needed it for. The apartment itself was clean, very roomy, and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows which is usually not the case at many places. Check in was a breeze and took literally no time with the code to the place which also makes one last thing to lose on the beach since you do not need keys. Staff at the building were very nice. Lastly, Javier was very responsive, although we did not need him for much. There was an issue with one door to a bedroom because new doors were recently installed and he had someone come fix it within 12 hours! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Ulyana’s place was wonderful. A view from every room. Her artists touches were woonderful. I absolutely loved the condo. The only thing I would recommend is AC in the living room area instead of just the bedroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. She’s a beautiful hostess with an awesome spirit!! Thank you

Such a great find! Everything was walkable, with a multitude of really good restaurants to choose from. The beach was legit 10 feet from the front door. The property felt pretty safe. The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of activities to do!

Wonderful Stay! We stayed at apartment H102 in Punta Cana and it was an excellent experience. The property is right in front of the ocean, offering a spectacular view and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is in perfect condition—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Plus, the customer service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always available. We would definitely come back!

Awesome place to stay if you don’t want all inclusive stuff. Neighborhood is nice, a lot of restaurants and beaches close by.

If you come across the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home, take advantage! The photos do not to justice of this beautiful and peaceful home. The host and her staff were extremely helpful even before my stay. They provided me with an extremely helpful guide to help plan my trip. They even went the extra step and helped me plan a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. I am very thankful for the opportunity, to stay at this beautiful home and will definitely consider this host again if I have the opportunity to return to this Beautiful Country.

A very good place: 1. It's in Bavaro surrounded by resorts 2. Just 10 min from the beach. There is cargo cart type transportation that bring you closer to the beach. 3. Although it is in a good area, the distances to the shops are far away as to get there by walking 4. Excellent facilities with hotel-style amenities in bathrooms and rooms. 5. Just to consider that the WiFi service is not as efficient, apparently it is a general problem of the island as the same was happening in other locations. 6. The host always responds to messages and is attentive to questions

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Grazia’s place. The balcony was by far my favorite feature—spacious, breezy, and perfect for relaxing. With the door open, the natural breeze kept the entire apartment cool, and I didn’t even need to use the AC at the end of May! The bed was fairly comfortable, and while the apartment is a bit dated, it had most of what I needed for a comfortable stay. As is common in many parts of the Dominican Republic, hot water for showers was minimal to nonexistent. Also, the neighborhood is quite lively, so if you’re a light sleeper or need complete quiet at night, this might be a challenge. That said, the hosts were fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with—and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place if hot water and noise aren't dealbreakers for you.
