We’re a quick five minute walk to the Plaza de Recreo, and fourteen gourmet restaurants in the downtown area. A five minute drive to the nearest beach, Poza del Obispo, and nearby to many other attractions such as the Arecibo Lighthouse, Cueva de la Ventana, and Cueva del Indio. Please note that there are a few stairs that lead to the apartment.

Our place is a safe, authentic Puerto Rican experience. This is not a gated resort, but in a local community. Our building has 12 condos. Nine of them are occupied and 3 need extensive work. We are close to many swimming beaches and walking distance to downtown restaurants, ice cream, and shopping . Across the street from awesome surfing! We are in a great location for Sunrise and Sunsets! Enjoy the ocean walk; approximately 2 miles of sidewalk that locals come to exercise!

Marenas counts with a private fence all around the house were you can experience comfort and have a nice family gather with picnics, BBQ, sunsets, and ocean views. The ocean in front of the house is not for swimming, it’s very rocking but still it just mesmerizing waking up to the sound of the waves.
