Our house offers all the comforts, with 4 spacious bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace integrated with the kitchen, with an industrial stove. A brand new house, which was designed for family and friends gatherings!!! The house has 4 great en-suites, an integrated environment between a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside, a wonderful balcony runs the entire length of the house, with a beautiful view, and is integrated with the gourmet area. A wonderful heated infinity pool connected to the sauna. The property area has 2500 m², beautiful landscaping and plenty of space for outdoor activities.

Cozy house in the mountains, ideal to relax and enjoy with family and friends. The house was completely designed keeping our guest's best interest in mind, it has 4 en suite bedrooms with air conditioning, guest bathroom, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, and a refrigerated wine cooler. The external area of the house has a large terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains, a heated pool and steam sauna.

Cozy country house with beautiful rustic decor. The city is calm and safe. It has markets, pharmacies and restaurants 5 minutes from the house. We are located 10 minutes from the Italian pizzeria Borgo del Vino, 20 minutes from Celeiro Monte Alto and 24 minutes from Vale dos Desejos. In addition, it is located 15 minutes from the heart of Itaipava. Our fireplace is ready to warm you up on cold days. We provide bed linens, bath towels and all necessary kitchen utensils.
