You can find one bedroom, can sleep 4, private bathroom, kitchenette with all the facilities, Wifi, Tv sat, Air Con. It also has a private terrace, furnished with table and chairs, where you can eat or relax, litterally 2 metres from the sea. Being inside Villa Giada, Melograno is sorrounded by a fantastic lushed mediterranean garden, in witch you can relax and enjoy the silence and the coolness of the shade. In the maintime, you are not far from Tropea, its shops and restaurants and bars! you just have to walk for 10 minutes, and you are there!

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

La casa risalente al 1880 e restaurata recentemente ha un fascino particolare che la rende unica nel suo genere . Situata di fronte alla spiaggia e a un lido attrezzato e' inoltre vicina a tutti gli esercizi commerciali necessari. La località e' agevolmente collegata con l'aeroporto di Lamezia Terme e Reggio Calabria. Dista solo 5 Km da Reggio Calabria ,16 da Scilla ed e' vicino a Messina e Taormina

A pochi passi dal mare – Centrale e comodo

Il nostro ampio appartamento è situato a Tropea ed è stato da poco ristrutturato. La distanza dal mare è esigua, è possibile raggiungerlo a piedi in pochi minuti in quanto l'accesso alla bellissima scalinata del "Convento" dista solo un centinaio di metri. Inoltre, siamo facilmente raggiungibili dalla stazione in 5 minuti di auto o una decina a piedi, passando per le vie della città. L'appartamento è situato in una zona dove è possibile usufruire di qualsivoglia servizio. Assistenza h24.

Bellissimo appartamento costruito quasi dentro al mare. Situato a Chianalea di Scilla, la Venezia del sud, uno dei borghi più suggestivi del mondo. Una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con due ulteriori posti letto, una cucina e un bagno. Con finestra e balcone sul mare, è arredato, dotato di aria condizionata e Internet. Ha una spiaggia di rocce sotto casa ed è vicinissimo alle spiagge di sabbia, ai parcheggi e ai ristoranti sul mare. Un luogo magico e romantico! Vi aspetto!
