Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ardennes

Had a lovely time staying at this place! We very much enjoyed the lovely beds, jacuzzi and barbecues; highly recommended as far as we are concerned!

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

There were four of us in Marie-Claire's house and had a lovely stay for a few quiet days and due to the convenient location opportunity to explore the region. The house is very clean and extensively equipped, everything you might need is there. Marie-Claire is a friendly hostess and very accessible.

As a family of 4, we enjoyed Stephanie's spacious home. The house was very private and had a lovely large garden. The pétanque field, the ping pong table and the great jacuzzi were a great added value. The village of Semide is very quiet in the countryside. The surroundings include rolling fields. Stephanie welcomed us warmly and always responds very quickly to messages. She lives next to the house herself but has a great respect for your privacy. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful week!

We were there with two children (10/12), for two days. We all enjoyed it very much, the parents, especially the hot tub and the sauna (wood-operated), the kids the cow's milk😁. The host is very nice and unobtrusive. The Kota has an "indoor grill" and is very comfortable. Highly recommended 👍

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is a 40min drive from Reims. The setting is peaceful and conducive to rest but also to festive times. The pool and wellness area is really great. Mickael is responsive and very friendly. The farm animals are very nice neighbors. We recommend and will be happy to come back!

Excellent stay with Nathalie. Generous cottage, very well equipped, comfortable. Perfect for our large family of 14. Two equipped kitchens, three shower rooms, several small living rooms and a large living room, and yet you don't feel at all in a home for communities Pleasant terrace with great views of the garden ponds. Doing a few small boat rides was very nice. Very natural and perfectly quiet surroundings. Beautiful walks from the cottage to Lake Bairon.

A very pleasant cottage, well furnished and equipped. We didn't want for anything. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms impeccably clean. Although the cottage is on the main road, it is extremely quiet and we were not disturbed by the little traffic. It's a cute and peaceful village with very friendly neighbors. Ingrid always responded promptly to our messages. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a super nice weekend in the unique tiny cottage with outdoor kitchen and outdoor bathroom. We were lucky with the weather in early October with 2 days of sun which definitely affected the experience positively. Corinne was super helpful, we were allowed to check in earlier and her breakfasts and the Ardennes dinner in their wood oven was also very special. Highly recommended if you like peace and space and back-to-basics!

Great host! The place was nice and clean with hiking opportunities but not many restaurants, café or bars are available around.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden with the great view. The surroundings were perfect for beautiful walks. In addition, Reims and other sights were quick to reach.

We arrived very late due to work and traffic jams but fortunately the host was very flexible. Cottage was a true little paradise of peace and very cozy. All amenities worked and were tidy. Heating worked after some figuring out and time perfect. Even got an electric heater temporarily but it was not necessary after half an hour. Sophie came to visit the next day for an explanation and whether everything was to your liking. Intermarche was a few minutes' drive away in Givet and was ideal. Views over the Meuse and the mountains were fantastic. Bed sleeps well. Bedding was wonderfully clean and made up. Large bedroom with ample outlets to charge everything for the next day. Low deck chairs in the garden were good. You can have delicious breakfast with 4 chairs. Swimming pool was closed but nice for us because otherwise it could be a lot busier with children playing because you share the big garden with 2 more apartments. Sophie also speaks English and is very friendly. Thanks ?

We had a lovely stay, everything was compliant, maybe just a freezer would be missing.

The four of us had a wonderful week at this beautiful spot right on the river. From your own terrace you look out over the domain, with a flowing stream, fine trampolines and playground for the children, a fire pit to roast marshmallows, a cozy scrambling pony, a nice swimming pool for the necessary cooling, and especially lots of greenery and tranquility. The cottage is clean, spacious and has nice beds. The owners are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. You can also order delicious aperoshotels, wines and breakfast/lunch baskets from them. Behind the cottage you can walk into the woods. You could also very well stay here with several families or groups; there are several gites for rent and also a nice chateau. We have enjoyed it!

Didier was very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had the whole house at our disposal, with lovely comfortable living rooms. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We were 9 martial arts practitioners and we will definitely want to come back to the next Budo Event! Thank you!
