The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms with a shower, living room and fully equipped kitchen, garden and private pool overlooking the mountain of Nossa Senhora da Graça. 600 meters away is the Ecovia of the Tâmega_Ciclovia line that goes from Arco de Baulhe to Amarante, passing through several locations such as Vila Nune, Celorico, Mondim de Basto, etc. It is a very pleasant route to take both on foot and by bicycle, as it is surrounded by a magnificent landscape.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

With magnificent views over the Alvão mountain range, a uniquely designed infinity pool and a private Jacuzzi, Casa dos Avós will certainly provide a memorable experience for its guests. Originally built in the 1920s, The Grandparents´ House is located on a beautiful slope in Arnoia, having been the home of the Pereira family for many years. Completely rebuilt in 2021, this space is intended to continue to be a home for family and friends to gather.

The facilities of our property are very nice and practical. Around the huge pool shared between the 2 apartments, there is a large lawn and a garden with trees where you can enjoy its shade and admire the landscape that surrounds the property. The accommodation consists of the following: 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, 3 bathrooms (1 with shower and 2 with bath) and a large balcony.
