This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

There are no stairs at Pearl making it very accessible for most visitors. Parking at The Pearl is spacious as it features a circle drive so trailed vehicles can be easily accommodated.

Welcome to The Shack managed by Moab Utah Properties. Modern home located just outside of town with all the amenities to park cars, trailers, toys and RV. Amazing views of the La Sal Mountains. Fast trail and lake access. Hot tub and private patio to host big groups. Full hook-ups for an RV or camper on the property that are available for guests to use for an addition fee of $75 per night. Please inquire if you'd like to use the hook-ups. Inside is newly remodeled and with new furnishings.

This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab. BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
